Individual therapy, adults, adolescents, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, spiritual issues, adjustment, crisis, assessment.

Sometimes life is overwhelming. You may feel depressed, anxious, or struggling in your relationships, all of which can make you feel lost and unsure of how to move forward. You may feel as if you have nowhere to turn or want a fresh perspective, but no one needs to go at it alone.  What I have to offer is a safe relationship where you don’t have to face these struggles alone.

Relationships are central to our development and essential to healing and growth. I see my therapy as a privilege to step into your story and come alongside you in navigating the twists and turns of life. It’s a process of exploring the connections and patterns of your life in order to have a more fulfilling life, experience of yourself, and stable relationships.
