Maybe you're here on this website because you feel stuck and at the end of your rope. Maybe you don’t know what steps to take next.  Maybe you want your relationships to get better and you also want to feel better.  Maybe you’re feeling misunderstood, unappreciated, invisible and unproductive, which can lead to more hurt and dissatisfaction with life.  Maybe you’re feeling pulled in different directions—sometimes believing that you have much to offer to those you care about and, at other times, doubting your own skills and personal resources.  Maybe you’ve tried to make changes, but you keep finding yourself in the same painful and frustrating position—keeping you from feeling better and keeping you from finding the relief you desire!

Seeking help and finding a therapist is one of the most courageous things you can do!  Sometimes people feel afraid of being vulnerable or judged.  One of my goals as a therapist is to provide a safe and open space where we can work to help you make the changes that will help you grow and develop new patterns to help you feel better!  We will work together to uncover your personal strengths and work to build new ones.  I want to help you find fresh alternatives for use in your most important relationships.  In therapy,  I focus on the whole person and the quality of your relationships with others.  My ultimate wish is that you will find freedom through renewal and hopefulness.  We will work together on improving your life and relationships.  You don’t have to feel alone.  You deserve to feel valuable.  The “story” of your life can be written differently, better.
