Life can be overwhelming and at times, it can be a struggle just to keep your head above water. In these moments, a breath of fresh air can make all the difference as you reorient toward higher ground. As a counselor, I enjoy helping others to shift their trajectory toward a more meaningful future and to break free from the entanglements that prevent them from engaging in what is most important to them, whether it is improving a relationship with a loved one, rekindling joy and meaning in life, or finding a greater sense of peace amidst tragedy. I have worked extensively and enjoy working with students, counselors, early career professionals, parents, and creatives of all types.
